Please follow the signs for parking and ensure you go to the registration in the grand marquee.  You will need to register to get your lanyard and pass.  Your pass will have your schedule on for the day and a barcode that you will need to scan into each session.  Please scan into every session – or you will not receive your certificate and points for the session.

OLD HALL HOUSE HOTEL COVENTRY
Old Hall House is a stunning 16th Century boutique country house bed & breakfast with an AA 4* rating.
It is set in the extensive grounds of The Heart of England Conference and Events Centre which includes park, picturesque lake and medieval woodland so there is plenty of space to stretch those legs and explore.

If you like the more quirky, we offer an array of alternative accommodation including 5 Shepherd Huts,

If you would be interested to support the session with facilitating please let us know. Facilitating does not involved teaching, but rather guiding the conversations to ensure the learning outcomes are achieved. Full training will be provided for those wishing to add facilitation to their repertoire!

How much are tickets?

Ticket prices are:
• Optometrists: £100 (including IP Optometrists) • Dispensing Opticians: £50 (including CLOs)
