Almost 40 years in optics, my how time has flown! My teeth were cut on the coal face at a London based company, Young Optical PLC where I learnt my trade in optical industry, from lenses to frames and latterly instrumentation in sales and distribution. One of the highlights was playing a major role in the introduction of Nikon lenses and Instrumentation solutions to the UK market. Founding and establishing BIB in 1999 we are now celebrating 25 years in business. In my role as CEO, I love the many challenges of running this family business and continually strive to drive it forwards. Our success is very much down to the team we have, and I am blessed to have such a highly skilled and motivated crew on board. It really is all for one and one for all and we all go that extra mile to ensure we all deliver the highest level of service. O and I still make the tea!

Working as a Lab technician for many years I joined BIB in 2011 to head up sales and servicing for Briot's range of glazing machines. After this time I took on the role of Sales Manager for BIB's entire range of ophthalmic instruments. I played a major role in introducing Optopol OCT technology and to this day continue to play a major part in the promotion, sales and training of this amazing technology.
