In this session we discuss the skills and mindset required to deal with complaints professionally, compassionately and in line with best practice standards. You will explore scenarios that can occur in optical practices, learn how to defuse difficult conversation and turn potentially negative experience into opportunities to improve the relationship with the patient. Also how to handle difficult and potentially abusive situations in practice.
