This session will explore the expanding role of photobiomodulation, or Low Level Light Therapy (LLLT), in optometric practice, with a particular focus on the clinical evidence supporting its use in patients with dry age-related macular degeneration (AMD).  We will explore the principles of the technology, the latest clinical developments and evidence as well as giving delegates the opportunity to discuss how they can broach these topics with patients and challenges they feel they may experience incorporating this new technology to their clinical practice
