An Optometrist Practice that functions well could be described as full of faithful's (to use the language of the TV programme The Traitors).  It can sometimes feel like your practice has a number traitors who perhaps don't subscribe to the vision of the practice and work against the faithful's in the delivery of their jobs.  This session, using a mixture of peer review elements and input, will focus on the skills required to make all staff faithful/committed to the same overall purpose.
