We'll discuss three behaviour-based scenarios, designed to: make you think more consciously about factors that drive human behaviour, show you how to behave in a way that facilitates positive outcomes, and encourage you to consider your approach to tackling difficult conversations whilst maintaining professional relationships. Alongside these discussions, your table will be tasked with solving little puzzles in order to rescue your colleague from making a social blunder (a plush toy in a little padlocked box�) just like a mini escape room task. Prizes will be awarded for teams who can crack the behavioural code, so bring your best behaviour and join us for a fun hour that will definitely make you think.
