This interactive workshop will develop attendees' confidence and adaptability in patient communication using hands-on, gamified learning techniques. Through challenges including role-play, simplified language tasks, learning style adaptations and a real-time quiz, participants will explore how communication style and clarity can improve patient understanding, contact lens performance and reduce potential contact lens drop-out. The workshop draws on current learning theory, communication best practices and real-world optical scenarios.
